Need plug-in to create index type page

Does anyone know if there is a plug-in that lets you create a page with a fillable box index? An index that lets you fill in the categories, titles, and messages without linking to something already on your site and not affecting all your other pages? Something that lets you place multiple blogs then shrink to show only the categories, so if you click on a category all the titles in that category will show, then you can click on a title and read the blog.
