 * I overwrote the original template code, and can’t seem to find this anywhere.
   Help?
Also, I’m trying to incorporate some one of the styles from Alex King’s
site. What do I replace to install these? Thanks.

 * Original template code: Download the version from Sourceforge.
    Style: To just
use the style you want – no switching – then change the downloaded file ‘style.
css’ into ‘wp-layout.css’. Upload that, and the folder of images with it, to
   your main wp directory.

 * Well, I have the original download from sourceforge – where do I find the template
   code in there?
And thanks for the info on updating styles. So far, wordpress
kicks butt over other CMS/blog apps I’ve used.

 * The original template code – the code that by default appears in the editing
box when you click “Templates”- is ‘index.php’
Be very sure that this is correct
for you though, and to be sure, whatever is there now, Select All, Copy, Paste
into Notepad and save it as a back up.

 * index.php is the default template (in the root folder)
    wp-layout.css is the
   default stylesheet.

 * I did a browse on the CVS repository and pulled up the text version of wp-layout.
css. Copied the whole thing and pasted over my (very messed up) version. You
can view that text from the repository [right here](http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/cafelog/wordpress/wp-layout.css?content-type=text%2Fplain&rev=1.17)
