    I want my popup onload in only one time not repeated with refreshes it should work only one time

    In case you want to show the popup only once for every user, use the limitation option like mentioned in the article:

    This is available free version or Premium version i am used a free version so did is possible in my site because this functionality is very simple so i dont think this is available with premium .

    Where can I find the option for limiting the popup open? I cannot seem to find it.

    My version is: 4.0.4

    It’s on the Advanced Tab > Popup showing limitation:
    Turn that toggle to ON

    and then set the number of views per visitor
    or the number of days that it will resume (0 for each session)

    and then for each page, which you probably don’t want to do, because it will revert back to fresh on each page, side-wide.

    May I know if you have found where to setup the popup showing limitation?
    Anyway, let me share steps how you can find it.
    You need to create a popup and navigate to “Advanced” section.
    Under this section you need to enable “Popup showing limitation” option and setup “Popup showing count” and “Popup showing expiry” as you need.
