Need one set of endnotes for all posts

I see all sorts of plug-ins for footnotes, but I need a simple plug-in that allows me (1) to create journal reference type footnotes only once for all posts (unique number), (2) have these viewable in a single place, like you can in a glossary, and (3) use the same reference (footnote) in multiple posts and multiple times in the same post. Everything I see supports footnotes only in a single post. Any suggestions? Thanks.
