  • I uninstalled and reinstalled Jetpack and lost over 500 subscribers. Since I have used Mailchimp to collect subscribers for over a year, I didn’t notice the lost subscribers until recently. This possibly happened last November or December.

    I found instructions to restore the old Jetpack ID in my database, but the 3 listed don’t go back far enough. Is there anyway to retrieve them? Does have a full database record of all old IDs? It looks like they may change with each revision. contact isn’t available for anyone not paying for a plugin, so no help there.

    What is your URL? Likely what happened is your site was originally connected to under a development URL (e.g. many times like and the change to the production URL wasn’t sync’d up to us. When you deactivated and reactivated under the actual URL, our system didn’t make the connection so a new account was created.

    If we can find the old ID, I can merge your stats and subscribers over so everything is under the account that your site is currently connected under.
