Need login and inner messages plugins

Hello, I’m going to build a site for home rentals and I will use 3 roles: Admin, Owner and Traveler. I want to store that on a different db_table not the users table from WP. I need to know if there are plugins for alternative logins and also to log in with Facebook. Also some plugin to send and receive messages inside the site between users. Thanks in advance for any information.
