Need links in my sidebar to download my site images in 3 different sizes

    My site is a free image library, which is similar to stock photo sites. Right now the images in the posts are just linked to the full size images and users can grab it from there but I want to provide links within the sidebar of the post that allow users to automatically download the image in either SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE (I would like to set these ratios).

    I’m wondering if there is a plugin that will assist with helping me to:
    1. auto-resize my uploaded images to the 3 different sizes
    2. include the 3 buttons in the post sidebar to small, med and large
    3. easily link the buttons to download the correlating size of the posted image
