# Need latest version and cannot access my account

 * Hi I need the latest version I have an account but cant get any password reminders
   they are not arriving also the [https://www.mediabetaprojects.com/](https://www.mediabetaprojects.com/)
   site just now says error after a few log in attempts. Am I locked out ?

 * ok finally got a password reset, have got the latest version as advised however
   the plugin is just showing coloured panels still and no thumbnails in grid view.
 * Please advise a fix.
