Need Images Posted on Home Page to Link Directly to the Blog Post

Hi, I use page breaks to include a single large photo on the home page of my site for each post.

When someone clicks the teaser image for each post, they are taken to the image url rather than the post. Is there a way to automatically change the destination to the actual post?
