  • Hello,

    I’ve put in two support tickets to Cleeng and haven’t heard anything back (quite frustrating), so I thought I’d try the boards!

    I’m using Cleeng for a client of mine who wishes to make her webinar videos available for a 30 day subscription. Although I changed settings in my Cleeng account, I’m still confused as to how to offer that subscription to her clients, and even on test purchases, after I buy the video, nothing plays.

    I’m at a loss, have many more questions, and am hoping there is someone here who can help me at all!

    I’m sorry but we really cannot help with 3rd party providers.

    The account is under my name and email, it’s just for my client…

    I’m not sure I really understand what you mean by that, I just need help.

    We cannot help you here. distributes, documents & supports the WordPress application but has absolutely no connection with any 3rd party provider that you might be using on your WordPress site.


    We are sorry for inconveniences but somehow we missed your request on Cleeng Support.

    To set subscription, you just have to visit “My account” -> Setting -> on the very bottom you can find “Subscriptions setup”.

    If you are using Cleeng WordPress Plugin, you subscription plan will cover all of your offers.
