# Need Help with syntax error, Unexpected T_STRING

 * I tried to make some changes in the code to my functions.php file, but it didn’t
   work as planned. After I removed the code that I added, I suddenly got this error
   message:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/username/public_html/
   wp-content/themes/jillij-double/functions.php on line 5
 * Here is the pastebin of my functions.php file as it looks now:

 * What did I do wrong? How can I resolve this situation?

 * upload a fresh copy of the theme’s `functions.php` from the theme zip
    back up
   before applying changes
