Need help with plugin and add_filter

Hi everybody,

I found a very nice plugin that helps me with sharing my posts in social networks. It gives me custom share buttons with a custom counter.

it works fine but it is includes on every site before the_content(). I would like to have a template_tag like <?php wp_pagenavi(); ?> to insert this plugin on a place I like. But I have no idea how to handle this. Can someone helps me?
