 * I was able Download and unzip the WordPress package but that was basically it.
   I’m not entirely sure how to do step 2 which would be, Create a database for 
   WordPress on your web server, as well as a MySQL user who has all privileges 
   for accessing and modifying it.

 * Are you installing on a local host or do you have web space with someone?
 * If you are installing on a local computer you will need to install Apache ect.
 * If you have a remote host that has cpanel it will be a bit easier.

   at the moment.

 * I downloaded Apache HTTP Server 2.4.9 and its now sitting as a zip file in my
   finder
