# Need help with HTML parser

 * Just purchased and installed HTML Parser for WP Pipes. I tried going to the forum
   at [https://thimpress.com](https://thimpress.com) – but I’m not able to access
   the content and I am not sure what code to use to verify access. when I access
   my account info, the only code I see is the order #, which does not work. I also
   tried the “key” appended to my download url, but that doesn’t work either.
 * The following is what I need. I have created a pipe for fulltext, but not currently
   getting the images. I suspect its because the source news feed has variable ways
   in which it stores its image file. Using the source url worked for a few posts,
   but not all of them. As per research, I see that HTML parser is probably my best
   option. However, the examples I have read up on make use of the “fulltext” processes
   with HTML Parser textbox. However, in my installation, I don’t see the “html 
   parser” textbox when I expand settings for the “fulltext” processor. I noticed
   that I do have the option to create a new processor type called “HTML Parser”….
   but I’m not sure if I only need this to get full text and images….or do I still
   need to use the “fulltext” processes in conjunction with “HTML parser” processor(
   note that all help documentation and other examples seems to refer to using ‘
   fulltext” processor with the html parser textbox and not as per above. Would 
   appreciate your assistance. 🙂
