Need help with Hamasaki theme

    I would like to add a thumbnail to the posts showing in the frontpage of my website with Hamasaki theme. Now, only featured post shows image.

    I want to have something like this:
    Post title
    some text
    and post picture (125×125) on the left

    mypage: http://www.crunchall.com

    What to do?
    Can you help me!
