NEED HELP WITH Footer Navigation

Hi all i have tried solving this on my own, all to no avail so here it goes…

i want to get get my blog’s http://ifeperita footer or footer navigation to look something like this blog’s http://necolebitchie.com.

however i have not categorized my post into pages, when i started blogging i just write my article upload the images and post them.

Any suggestions?
