Hello. I am running 2010 theme at http://www.conservativecrusaders.com
I am wanting to make block style tabs under the header for home, forum, contact and resource/helpful links. Thanks in advance for the help. I am new to this!
Not entirely sure what you mean – can you find a site that shows what you want to do?
Also be sure that you are not changing any theme files — make a child theme and make changes there.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. Here is an example of what I mean by custom Tabs. http://fearlessflyer.com/themes/aparatus//
The Home, Contact, tabs are block style instead of being just text
Thanks
That kind of menu is done in the CSS code — the tabs are actually a background image for each menu item. You’d need to learn enough CSS to customize your menus. You can use Firebug to look at the CSS code on that theme — and start learning it.

This is a good CSS reference page:

There are also many other CSS references and tutorials out there online — so you may be able find one that gives you specific info. If you google “CSS tabbed menu” there are several good possibilities.
Thanks again for the information. I will get started on it
