# Need Help With CSS

 * I need help with simple CSS coding. Obviously it’s not so easy as I could not
   find how to do it.
 * Basically [http://www.fosoa.ie](http://www.fosoa.ie) is the site.
 * When logged in the user sees a secondary menu right under the primary. Great.
   
   But the theme is set up in such a way that when the user is not logged in, they
   see a blank white space where the secondary menu is supposed to be.
