Need help with complex inventory control and product variation order

The company I work with sells popcorn in decorative metal tins. Here are some of the variables I need to address and need assistance with….
7 different artistic designs for the tins
3 different sizes for each tin (2gal, 3.5gal and 6.5gal)
5 different options for contents as follows:
– All white (nothing to select beyond this)
– 3-way (nothing to select beyond this)
– 1 Flavor (select from 11 different options)
– 1/2 white, 1/2 flavor (select from 11 different options)
– 1/2 flavor, 1/2 flavor (select from 11 different options for both)My issue is inventory control. I need a solution for the following issue and directions on how to set up the proper variables/variations.
I want to be able to enter an amount of inventory for each tin size for each tin design. 7 tins X 3 sizes = control over 21 items as far as inventory quantity control goes.
Let’s say we offer a red tin in all 3 sizes – but we run out of stock in the 3.5gal size. I don’t want the 3.5gal size to then appear as an option. FYI: We never have an issue of being out of a flavor that goes in the tins – just sometimes run out of a design until we can re-order.
Right now our Jigoshop ordering system is not allowing easy product inventory control and we desperately need this moving forward.
