Need help with comments

    I’ve been trying to remove what is seen below for a long time.

    I have done some research online, searching for a solution but none of them actually worked. Maybe I was doing them wrong? So far..I’ve gathered that I must edit…

    search.php
    index.php
    archive.php

    But no luck, I’m using the newest release of WP version 2.6.3
    Has anyone lately removed this particular section? I’m using the default theme.

    Search the following lines in index.php and delete it.I Hope this is what you asking for.

    Thanks for the info, it was so obvious but with my lacks of knowledge with php it was hard for me. It worked beautifully!!
