Today a site admin has notified me of an error message, but it seems unclear as to what exactly it means: “Login NoCaptcha was bypassed on login page: admin-ajax.php”. Please kindly advise.

This means that a login occurred using admin-ajax.php, which is outside the scope of the reCaptcha plugin. It is a warning for your awareness that whatever login is using ajax is not being protected by the captcha.

Thanks. Is there any way to find out which username or ID was used to login that triggered the warning?

Unfortunately this plugin does not record that information at present. We only know that a plugin or custom script is sending a POST request to this endpoint with username/password to take advantage of the AJAX API for login.
