need help tweaking Vigilance theme

I would like some help making a small tweak to the vigilance theme.

Right now, it shows the number of comments in huge font at the top of each post. Before, this was not a problem: I would only make one post per day and as they usually got atleast 15 comments, the blog appeared pretty happenin’.

The problem is that I have now been making multiple short posts per day and due to this, each has only gotten 1 or 2 comments max. This has made the blog appear dead.

Is there a way to move the comment count to the very bottom of the post and make the font smaller?
