Need help troubleshooting a 400 bad request error.

I’ve been going back and forth with cloudflare and jetpack support on a communication with jetpack error. Jetpack report that there is communication error.

I opened a ticket with jetpack support and i was told to exclude wp-admin form Cloudflare which i did but it did not solve the issue. From what I can tell the request is being made to my xmlrpc.php fiel which is not in wp-admin.

Just trying to figure out why I’m getting a 400 error on the request? It works all the time when cloudflare is disabled. It works *sometimes* when cloudflare is enabled. I can toggle the wp stats and sometime it works. I can’t determine a pattern. I’ve disconnect jet pack and reconnected. I’ve tried deleting all plugins and turned on the default theme and reset the database with no resolution.

Can some please help me determine why jetpack is reporting a 400 bad request. I opened a ticket through the jetpack contact form 4 days ago but have not heard back.
