 * I find that there are lots of plugin for no- follow for link which work only 
   in comment but i need plugin some thing like any out going link to any web site
   except own web site should apply no -follow tag every where in the blog (including,
   post, page, comment al most every where) do this kind of plugin already present?
   If so can you able to provide me the link, I searched around everywhere but fail
   to find so,

 * ohh already i said in my above post those plugin will take care only for comment
   not for post
