Need help to customize my blog with CSS

Hey team, im using this theme Espied (https://espieddemo.wordpress.com/) to create my own portfolio on wordpress.com but i get some difficult with CSS, i hope you can help me.
i try to put the widget search on top before « MENU » but i cant do it 🙁
and i want to have « CATEGORIES » and « Archives » on the same bloc side by side
So sorry for my english, hope you understood what im asking. Really appreciate if you can help me
