the information with the details of usernames and associated email addresses and permission levels to access the WordPress dashboard is available via your webhosting account normally in an area called PHPMYADMIN. you can make all changes in that area.

domain name control might be separate from webhosting account

I always get a laugh when I do a domain lookup of a business and find the owner paid for contact privacy in the domain info then disclosed their address and phone number right on the website…

It looks like there are no ‘mail exchange’ records under that domain so that might be why your emails bounced back or don’t work.

Anyway, it looks like your hosting provider is RackSpace so call them and ask for help. The domain is from Enom but that might be who Rackspace works with on Domain Names anyway. You’ll probably have a credit card number or someway they can verify who you are.

Of course if your ‘IT’ people can access the Control Panel already then you just need to follow along with the link @contentiskey gave and set up a new username and password.

You really need to have access to the account that registered your domain. It’s good if the same account is your hosting account if you can access that. From there it’s good to be able to access the WordPress but if you lose any of these the WordPress credentials are easiest to fix.
