Need Help! SOS, Admin PW not working, reset not working..

Hi there,.. I am working on creating a site for a friend. I really wanted to try a new theme with a shopping cart so I said that I woud build it for free and I have put a lot of work into it.

I went to log in and didn’t recall my admin pw, so I asked it to be sent.. Never came, tried 3 more times. Shit was my first thought..

Dug around found a way to do it through my database and I did successfully but I had to create a new user with this insane long pw. Got in, that was yesterday. I created one more admin user and gave all three admin users similar pwords. Went to user, generated a pw, changed it and hit save. wrote it down too! So today, None of the new pwords work, went back to the database and tried all the ones listed there, not working either. Excuse my French. Shit! REsetting pw isn’t working on any of the emails. I am using a Modern Theme Exchange, I am on Godaddy with the latest wordpress out there. Yes I can create another person in the database, but that doesn’t solve the problem of it not working the next day, not working if I make it a different strong password, not sending emails to reset either.. very frustrated! please help anyone! site is gtalfc.com, not the final domain, it is where I am building the pages. I will point the folder later. Help!
