 * I paid for the payment gateway and your response was of absolutely no help. If
   you are not offereing any help in set up please send refund so I may get a plug
   in that actually offers support.
 * Responding with the manuals do not do anything because I do know where to find
   the manuals. What i need is help setting up. Thank you
