Need help selecting the right class/item

I’m trying to get the item at the top of my webpage with the phone number to be sticky. But for some reason nothing I’ve tried works. I’ve tried header, but the whole thing, including the image slider, becomes sticky.

If I choose just navbar, then the logo and navbar are sticky, but not the phone bar at the top.

I’ve even tried phone-bar because that’s the name I see when I inspect element through my browser.
