need help on reg expressions

I have some old links like:
HttpHandlers​/ImageServerhandler.ashx?FileID=85
HttpHandlers​/ImageServerhandler.ashx?FileID=87

I need to set up a redirect for all such links that start with
HttpHandlers

and redirect them to the home page.
Can you provide some guidance?
