I can´t change de background image and colors on Jumbotron Section

The options to change it, have dissapeared.
Before, I could do it, but no now. What is happening?
I have tryed disabling any third party plugins that were not bundled with the theme as one of them may be causing a conflict with the theme customization options, but neither.

Hi @eva-baranda,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Illdy theme as displayed in this screenshot https://ibb.co/bBQkM5

Please try deleting and reinstalling the latest version of theme.

Also test it on different browser.

Thank you very much for your quick reply
I do not know if you can delete the template and re-download it without losing the changes. The case is that I have almost finished and I just wanted to change the cover photo and some color.

If you have not made any changes in the theme files then you can reinstall it without losing your changes.

I already have the web almost finished, so I do not take any chances.

What version of theme are you using?

Please test it on different browser.

Can you check the JavaScript console for errors when you face this issue?

In Chrome go to “Tools -> Developer Tools” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”
