Need Help For Client With Active Subscription

I am working on eatdrinkdive.com. My client has a current license number for WP Job Manager, which I have. However, your site doesn’t allow me to request support on her behalf, so I am posting here.
The plug-in is blocking listings from being indexable in Google. This only happens on currently no-indexed listings that we are trying to index. We’ve:
1. Put the site into troubleshooting mode and went through each plug-in one by one and have determined it is WP Job Manager.
2. Recreated the listings as brand new but they are still marked as no-indexed by Google.
3. Worked with paid Rank Math support. They agree that WP Job Manager is the issue.How do we get help?
