need help fixing menu for explorer 10

It was just brought to my attention that out website isn’t working in Explorer 10.0.

I’m a Joomla User and not WordPress; but, I’ve been tasked with figuring out the issue. I’ve already added this to the header.php file:
<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=5″>

…any idea what else I need to edit to fix and resolve the issue.
