Need help finding the source of a redirection (3 posts)

When I go to mysite.com/asldkmflkasdflmka/about, it redirects me to mysite.com/about-us. In other words, if "about" or "about-us" is at the end of the url, it redirects to the correct page, regardless of what else is in the url (anything preceding the "about" part)

I need to change that behavior, but I'm not finding the rule. In my Dashboard, under Tools > Redirection, I see some redirection rules, but nothing related to the about page (there are only 2 rules - neither of which apply here, both are for a different page).

Is there some other place I should look to find the rule that's catching "about" in the URL and redirecting to the about-us page?

How about Settings/General/WordPress URL and Site URL? You can set these to be different.

Those are set the same, and set to the root of my site, i.e. http://mysite.com
