    It’s not WP, remember WordPress only powers 25% of the Web. If you’re wondering whether a website is built on WP you could use this tool: http://www.isitwp.com/

    Hello Andrew…Thanks for your response. The functionality I was hoping to find was the ability to recommend another post based on a user’s reaction. I couldn’t find anything like that under the rating plugins.

    Yes, sounds like custom work actually. You’ll likely have to hire someone to build this for you.
