# Need Help: Fatal Error

 * I’m suddenly having trouble with my wordpress blog today. Although I can still
   get into the admin section, I can’t bring up the index.php page anymore — either
   the page just hangs or I get this message:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare unregister_globals() (previously declared in /home/
   xxx/public_html/wp-settings.php:4) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-settings.php on
   line 3
 * The only change I made (and it was last week) was to install the mPicasaIntegration
   plugin. I’ve deactivated it, but that didn’t seem to help. I’ve no idea where
   to look next — can anyone give me any idea where the problem might lie?

 * While using mPicasaIntegration I receive this error:
 * Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/ylazf80/
   public_html/usgraffs/wp-content/plugins/mPicasaIntegration/functions/functions.
   admin.php on line 379
 * Any assistance would be appreciated.
