# Need Help Creating Custom Form/Plugin Process

 * Specifically, I need to create the following information input/processing flow
   on my website. However, I have no idea how or where to begin. I have searched
   and searched for a plugin that will do what I need, but to no avail. So, I presume
   it will have to be custom.
 * I am neither asking nor expecting anyone to do this for me. I am simply hoping
   that someone on this forum can/will point me in the right direction to get started
   on this project. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is what I’m trying
   to do:
 * **I need to develop a form (plugin?) that will allow me to do the following on
   my site:**
 * 1. users input song title and artist name
    2. each entry gets added to a list
   of previous submissions 3. users vote yes or no on each entry 4. users are tracked
   by user name 5. users can see the number of total votes for each entry 6. users
   can see total yes votes and total no votes for each entry 7. once a song has 
   received at least 100 votes it will drop off the voting list and appear on either
   a list of songs that received less than 70% yes votes or a list of songs that
   have received 70% or more yes votes 8. users should be able to vote yes for any
   song appearing on the less than 70% list 9. if a song on the >70% list reaches
   70% yes votes it will automatically migrate to and appear on the 70% or more 
   yes vote list 10. all lists function in real time, meaning the vote counts will
   change up or down as additional users add their votes to the tally 11. the entire
   process from initial submission to final listing should be self-sustaining (i.
   e. automated)
 * In summary, users will be able to:
 * A. submit songs for users to vote yes or no
    B. vote on each song that has been
   submitted and placed on a list C. see the voting results for each song that has
   received less than 100 total votes D. see a list of all songs that have received
   at least 70% yes votes out of at least 100 or more total votes E. see a list 
   of all songs that have received less than 70% yes votes out of at least 100 or
   more total votes (and be able to vote yes on any song on that list)

 * Your constraints seem so specific, I think it will have to be custom.
 * Gravity Forms is a reasonably priced premium forms plugin, powerful and flexible
   enough, with some study and perseverance you could make it happen exactly as 
   you want.
