Need help! Create sub-lists in cart

Hi, First of all, sorry for my bad english.

My client wants to achieve something special but after multiple hours of researches, I can’t find a way to do it, so I’m coming here to see if someone know or have a idea on how to achieve what I was asked to do.

My client sells lighting fixtures. He wants the WooCommerce users to be able to create sub lists of products, as in a standard cart.

Example: an architect is building a plan for house #1 and need certain lighting fixtures for this plan, he wants to build a list of required lighting. Another day, he will want to do the same thing with plan for house #2. And after building all the lighting desired for the houses, he will want to export each list in PDF.

How to subdivide the cart in seperate lists, one for each houses?

I know that i can use add_option to set custom variables, but how can I add products
within this options?

Every idea are welcome, I need to achieve this.
