Hello all, I’m developing a WordPress plugin that I wish to offer my clients to submit support questions they may have. I own a web hosting company here in Canada, and I would like to offer a small support system with this plugin for them.
Basically what I want is a contact form that will automatically detect the wp administrator e-mail address, and a few input boxes of my choosing (i.e. Full Name:, Phone Number:, Client ID:, Question?:)
As an option I would like to add a select drop down option, something like (Sales Department, Billing Department, Support Department)
I have already developed the basic files needed for the plugin, following information provided on http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_a_Plugin and a few other sources over the internet.
I hope someone on here could give me a hand with this, or possibly suggest on how to achieve this.
