You can create custom template for pages: http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Page_Templates
Or simply you can create a custom page-pageslug.php 😉

if I create it where would I upload it..? in the cpanel? just would like to confirm coz this would be my first time

The link I gave you is for all kind of theme.
When you have your .php file you have to upload it via FTP in wp-content/themes/yourtheme
