Hi again!
I missed your reply to the other topic about this. Sorry about that!
You can transfer the data by going to “Tools -> Convert SEO Data.” The SEO plugins don’t need to be active.
The SEO data that should be transferred is for posts and pages only, and they carry:
- Meta title
- Meta description
- Noindex
- Nofollow
- Noarchive
- Canonical URL
All other data is not transferred. Let me know how this went! Cheers π
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR RESPONSE
HOWEVER MY MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE WEBPAGE IS PACKAGES
COZ THATS WHAT WE SELL
IS THERE A WAY TO TRANSFER ALL MY PACKAGES SEO DATE FROM YOAST TO SEOFRAMEWORK
IF THERE ISNT THEN I WILL DO IT MANUALLY
NO WORRIES
JUST CURIOUS IF THERE IS ANOTHER WAY
Whoops, you left your caps-lock on! It feels like you’re shouting at us π No worries, though!
Yes, the SEO metadata should transfer for all post types, including “packages.”
Please keep in mind that Yoast SEO uses “shortcodes” like %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
for their titles, which may not transfer correctly.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
no no no im not shouting at seoframeword developers
just love Seo Framework
and been looking forword if only everything just simply work
so that i can get rid of yoast or Rankmath and simply hang on to seoframework
but not worries if it didint tranfer
i will do it manually
but thanks for always resoponding
cheers
will be reviewing your plugin soon
Cheers, namaste! Feel free to reach out at any time π
