# Need help, cannot access dashboard

 * I can’t access to my dashboard or manage page because it says this:

 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home/content/

   users.php on line 43
 * I don’t really know what to do! I think I should try to eliminate the plugin 
   but I don’t know how if I can get in…

 * You can reset the plugin(s) using [FTP/SFTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   if you are able to. You may be able to ask your hosting company as well. 🙂

 * Hi,
 * You can disable this plugin by renaming the /plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/ plugin
   folder in your webspace.
 * Hope this helps.
