# Need guided transfer from WordPress.com

 * Yesterday tried to purchase guided transfer of [http://susanspersonalblog.com](http://susanspersonalblog.com)
   but have not heard anything by email or phone to give me some guidance. I have
   the site setup at GoDaddy as host for self-hosted WordPress.org blog. I need 
   some help with this. It still shows that the blog is with your servers rather
   than GoDaddy. I need this set up now, please. I first checked with WordPress.
   com and they told me you would have to do it.GoDaddy when I go to their site,
   it is up but says is using external nameservers. Please help ASAP cause this 
   site is in limbo.

 * If you did purchase a Guided Transfer, you’ll have to wait for them to get back
   to you, or reply to their email if they have already contacted you. They generally
   don’t operate over weekends.
 * If you’re having trouble purchasing a Guided Transfer, you’ll need to contact
   the WordPress.com folks over at [https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/](https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/)
 * If you haven’t already purchased a Guided Transfer, and you don’t want to, you’ll
   need to start by installing WordPress from [https://wordpress.org/download/](https://wordpress.org/download/)
