Need Good Text Overlay Plugin

    I am looking for a plugin that will allow me link some text and when clicked have a text overlay pop up.

    I am using it for a membership page and I want people to read through the requirements of membership and when they come to a section like “Code of Conduct” they can click on the words “Code of Conduct” and a text overlay with the information for the Code of Conduct will pop up.

    Any suggestions?
