Need friendly dev to help customize image flow plugin

I know this forum is not recommended for hiring, but I’m at my wits end. I purchased and installed the jQuery Carousel Evolution image flow plugin for a client site and need help customizing a few small changes. More than willing to pay but I don’t have much budget left; I’ve been dealing with a developer who hasn’t followed through on his end of the bargain despite happily taking my deposit.
