Need Ecommerce plugin for service contracts?

Hi all.

I’m looking for an ecommerce pluging that will allow me to sign customers up for service contracts (real estate consulting). I recognize I could modify any shopping cart software to work for the basics, but I also need to be able to have a contract signed via docusign at the same time, ideally as a requirement for checkout.

Just so we’re clear, here’s how I envision things happening:

1. Client selects their options and adds to cart.
2. They go to checkout, and included in the checkout process is a redirect to a docusign contract that they must fill out and sign.
3. They go to an “upload photos” page.
4. Checkout through paypal or other payment processing service.

Any input on a solution that would work for this kind of need?
