    I am new to wordpress.
I am already getting hang of multisite.
I own several domain name hosting on the same server.
    Domain1.com
    Domain2.com
    Domain3.com
If I am correct this pluging if installed correctly will do something like this
domain1.com (Make WP install and multisite and Domain mapping)
will be able to share plugin theme user etc database
    on Domain2.com & Domain3.com?
Do I have to install WP on Domain2.com and Domain3.com also?

    No.

Basically your understanding is correct. Set up multisite on domain1, install DM, create a subsite for each of the other domains and map a domain to each subsite.

    Thanks
    I guess everything on Domain1.com
Create sub site using multisite so Domain.com/Domain2
Than use Domain mapping to forward domain2.com to Domain.com/Domain2
so Domain2.com will act as different domain but infact it is manage within Domain1.com

    Domain1.com = Domain.com

    Ron,
Quick question for above stuff I am trying to achieve.
How many domain name can DM handle before server slows down??? All of my domain name are on same server. Also any effect on SEO using DM?
    Thanks

Domain mapping adds almost no overhead to your install.

For SEO, make sure 301 redirects are enabled in your DM settings and that you have a primary domain set on each site that has mapped domains.
