I did only after going through the dispute resolution process with their e-commerce vendor.
The plugin you got, is it specifcally for your puchase or could you send it to me and I activate it via my serial?
It’s common but you need to activate it with your license code.
Go to http://electriccompass.com/contact/ and email me at the support email address and I’ll send you the plugin.

Hi guys.
I’ve got the same problem and came across this thread whilst looking for some answers.
I have a license key but no plugin. Very annoying that it doesn’t just allow you to upgrade the free version. I had no idea that there was a whole new plugin. Will be very annoying if I lose the forms I’d set up. (I’m wishing I hadn’t given them a good review now too!)
Commander Keen – did you get it working once you had the correct plugin?
Electric Compass – do you think you could let me have the plugin too?
