Need both shipping and billing address during check to sell online courses

    Hello, I sell online courses using lifterlms and woocommerce. I have teachers who pay for courses for their students, so I need both shipping and billing to show during checkout. I tried to set up shipping zones but when I check virtual under product setting the shipping tab disappears, and I have to check virtual for customers to be enrolled in a course when they check out using woocommerce checkout. How can I use both shipping address and billing address to sell my online courses?

    Hello,

    By default, shipping address fields show up when any physical product is in cart- if the cart contains virtual products only, then shipping address won’t show up since virtual products don’t require shipping.

    That said, could you tell us more about why you need shipping address for your online courses – we may be able to provide a better option to meet your requirements.

    I need both shipping and billing because when a teacher is paying for an online course for a student, the course has the teacher information such as name and address. And when a student completes the course and a certificate of completion is generates with the teacher name on it, so a student can not get credit if their name is not on the account and on the certificate of completion. Basically, the paying person is not always the person who is registering for the course.

    So if a teacher is paying for a course for their student, I need them to be able to put the student information under shipping and their information under billing, so the student information will show on the training course.
