Hey Omar,
Thanks for the review. I’ve responded on item https://codebangers.atlassian.net/browse/CB-19 take a look there. Talk to you soon.
Hello dear,
I have tried to access the item mentioned above but i am not able to do.
email@gmail.com doesn’t have access to Jira on objectsws.atlassian.net.
I have tried my official email as well which i used to buy the plugin but it doesn’t work. omar@daral*******.comThere is defeatedly some issue, I submit two tickets regarding IP whitelist and Clock out for Breaks extension, can’t see either request I made and can’t access them either.
OK. Let’s handle it here. As far as the predefined question. You can look at when the shift was created. That will tell you if they were late or not. Top right corner of the edit shift page. You can also check the clock in GPS coordinates if you have location tracking turned on. As far as the IP whitelist issue I will gladly take a look and see what is going on there. Will update this thread once I do.
Hello,
if you mean the published date and time of WordPress, at appears like this for me ” Published on: Nov 30, -0001 at 00:00 Edit“
I have check the GPS as well but it shows no time. The clock-in start when at the time of predefined shift set no matters if i am late or no. which is useless if i want to use it for HR time monitoring. even if published shows the date and time correctly, it is very hard to monitor all of the employees one by one, day by day. Are there any solution or plans to add such feature?
Ok something is up. I’m pushing an update with some new features tomorrow. Will include a fix for this as well. Thank you so much for reaching out. I’ll add a few places that get the actual date of when the predefined shift was added for tracking and will let you know as soon as I release the update.
Update has been pushed to fix the entry dates since that needed to be done anyway for history. As far as the shift picker time clock specifically. That was a feature suggested by a user years ago that I implemented and am happy to add more to it. My thoughts on it’s options could be sending alerts when a user clocks in later than the start time. Also I could add an option that will dock the time away from the start based on how late they are. Let me know what you think
Hello, I have already done some customization to set the exact clock-in time and to calculate the delay time, I could share the version if you would like to have a look.
Additionally, I am facing an issue, some of my employees under certain roles are not appearing in the employee page list. I have already granted the “read” capability and the permission as well from the permission tab in the plugin. After all, the users don’t appear while I have another roles with the exact same cabapility, the only difference is the role name, it is displaying the users normally.
I would like to see that code just not in this thread. Would be happy to implement it. As far as the roles. Are you by chance using another plugin to add them. If so I can possibly account for that in the logic.
I am using the plugin “User Role Editor“. Please note that some of the roles are working normally.
Ok. Glad to here the built-in roles are working. I can look into integrating the user role editor. Will keep you posted.
